LAUSANNE, AN IDEAL LOCATION
Located north of the Olympic capital, Clos des Hêtres enjoys a privileged situation that combines peace and quiet with proximity to the main centers of interest. The project is made up of three human-sized buildings, laid out in such a way as to encourage residents' privacy. All homes have access to the outside world, either from a balcony or a terrace. The wooded park at Clos des Hêtres will provide a play area for children, and vegetable gardens will be available to all.
The south-west orientation guarantees ideal sunlight, bathing the rooms in natural light through the large bay windows. Photovoltaic panels and a geothermal wave system underline the buildings' ecological credentials. An underground parking lot completes the complex.
