This architect-designed house is located in a quiet residential area of Préverenges. It is just a 2-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Geneva, with its restaurants and outdoor activities, for the whole family.

The property of approximately 260 m2 offers bright, bright and very cozy spaces. Spread over two levels and served by a staircase, its spaces are perfectly distributed.
The entrance leads to a large living room (equipped with a home cinema with Apple TV) with a modern wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. These rooms have access to the terrace facing south and the garden.
The first floor offers a large master double bedroom with its private shower room, two children's bedrooms with single beds, an office convertible into a double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The Mediterranean garden with an area of approximately 1,000 m2 is a true haven of peace. Around the olive trees, you will find many aromatic herbs which will decorate your dishes and salads this summer.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available (with a Tesla charger) and 2 electro bikes. 

The house is to be rented from the 4th July to the 20th August or one month on request.
